Confidential in Nottingham is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for a specialist HVAC wholesaler. You will support customers, prepare quotations and proactively identify opportunities to grow sales, handling enquiries by telephone and email.

The position offers a starting salary of 29,000–31,000 with an annual profit share, and a Monday to Friday, office-based schedule. This is a great opportunity to develop product knowledge and build a long-term career within an established business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail or trade counter.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for learning products and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with existing trade and commercial customers.
• Handling sales enquiries via telephone and email.
• Preparing quotations and following opportunities through to order.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts and generate new business.
• Working closely with external sales colleagues to support customers.
• Developing product knowledge across the HVAC range.
• Providing knowledgeable customer service and sales support.
