Job summary

Reed in Leatherhead is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to handle warm inbound enquiries, advise on specialist products and prepare accurate quotations. You will quickly gain strong product knowledge and an understanding of HVAC systems while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires about 2 years of sales experience, a degree, and a UK driving licence. It is a permanent full-time position, 37 hours per week, with on-target bonuses and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2 years' sales experience (technical or B2B sales preferred).
• Degree or similar qualification; engineering interest a plus.
• Full UK driving licence; live within 45 minutes of Leatherhead.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and qualify customer needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow them up.
• Develop product knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Liaise with technical department, manufacturers and internal teams.
• Build long-term customer relationships and meet sales targets.
