Olra Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive in Nottingham. This role offers a starting salary of £29,000 to £31,000 plus an annual profit share bonus, with a Monday to Friday, office-based schedule.

You will join a specialist HVAC wholesaler, gaining hands-on commercial experience from day one while developing sales skills and building relationships with trade and business customers.

Qualifications

• Has recently graduated in any discipline.
• Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is commercially minded and interested in developing a career in B2B sales.
• Is organised, proactive and willing to take responsibility.
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, customer account management and specialist wholesale distribution.
• Work alongside the internal sales team to develop understanding of products, customers and sales processes.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and identify opportunities to develop sales.
• Develop relationships with existing trade and commercial customers and support external sales colleagues.
