Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is recruiting an HVAC Sales Manager for London & Home Counties to develop and expand existing accounts and win new business in commercial and industrial sectors.

Role requires strong HVAC/refrigeration sales experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a driving licence. Salary £50,000–£60,000 with a performance-related bonus, pension, and company car. 25 days holiday and long-term career progression offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales management role within the refrigeration & HVAC industry.
• Demonstrable track record of developing and winning sales opportunities across commercial sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial and commercial refrigeration/HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
• Commercially astute with strong contract and margin awareness.
• Full UK driving licence.
