Qualifications

• Strong technical background within HVAC, air conditioning or refrigeration.
• Experience managing engineers or technical teams.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience managing service and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service and maintenance operations across London and the M25.
• Lead, support and develop a team of mobile HVAC engineers.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
• Oversee service and maintenance contracts, including commercial negotiations.
• Monitor performance and ensure contractual targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Support the continued growth and development of the service division.
