Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience for Manchester-based sites. The role offers £39,600 base with bonus potential and benefits including private healthcare and life insurance, plus progression opportunities.

You will perform mechanical and HVAC maintenance across commercial facilities, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repair work while upholding high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised mechanical qualification or apprenticeship is required.
• Desirable: BMS, IPAF or PASMA experience.
• HVAC and mechanical maintenance experience across commercial facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and HVAC maintenance across commercial facilities.
• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Perform fault finding, servicing and repair of building systems while adhering to safety standards.
