Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Technician to join a growing facilities team in Manchester. You will carry out mechanical and HVAC maintenance across commercial facilities, with responsibility for reactive and planned preventative work, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC/mechanical maintenance experience.
• Recognised mechanical qualification or apprenticeship required.
• Desirable: exposure to BMS, IPAF or PASMA.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and HVAC maintenance across commercial facilities.
• Perform fault finding, servicing and repair of building systems.
• Complete reactive and planned preventative maintenance to high safety standards.
