Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a HVAC Engineer for a commercial site in Wellingborough. The role involves carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems within a bustling commercial environment.

You will be responsible for maintenance of pumps, motors, seals, bearings, compressors, AHUs and FCUs, plus basic chiller resets and fault finding. BMS monitoring and logbook accuracy are essential, with safety and subcontractor coordination part of

Qualifications

Car ry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
Maintain and repair pumps, motors, bearings, seals and compressors.
Service and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), including filter changes and cleaning.
Carry out basic chiller resets and fault finding.
Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and identify any plant issues.
Ensure all maintenance records and logbooks are accurately completed.
Escort specialist subcontractors when required.
Provide technical support and assist fellow engineers across the portfolio.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
