Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in London (City) is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for a high-profile commercial office. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure HVAC plant and mechanical systems operate safely and reliably.

This role requires qualifications in mechanical engineering and experience with BMS, electrical awareness a bonus, and close collaboration with clients and contractors to uphold statutory compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Current mechanical engineering qualifications required.
• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (6187) or similar.
• Electrical qualifications are a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HASAWA requirements and ensure team compliance.
• Maintain accurate records for HVAC plant and mechanical systems.
• Utilise BMS to fault diagnose and optimise plant performance.
• Supervise engineers; manage performance reviews and training.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance and liaise with contractors.
• Ensure CAFM and other portals capture work output and reporting.
