Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their Yorkshire team. The role covers service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment for a diverse client base.

You will benefit from a basic salary of 40,000–45,000 DOE, company van (personal use optional), pension, and 22–30 days holiday with progression.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in air conditioning (not essential).
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
• F-Gas 2079 refrigerant handling certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair.
• Residence in Yorkshire.

HVAC Engineer

Location: Yorkshire

Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 DOE

Job Overview

HVAC Engineer required in Yorkshire for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.

Their client base consists of long–standing client relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary 40,000 – 45,000 DOE
• Company Van – Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
• Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service – Up to 3,600 tax free
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• 40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
• On call allowance (1 in 4/5, 1,200 guaranteed – if called out Travel Paid door to door)
• Pension
• 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.

Position Requirements

• Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (Not Essential)
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F–Gas)
• Full Driving Licence
• Experienced with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair
• Live in the Yorkshire
