Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an HVAC Engineer in Bristol to join a leading HVAC installer with six regional offices.

You will service, maintain and repair VRV/VRF, split systems, chillers, AHUs and cold rooms for a diverse client base including major venues. The role offers a basic salary of 40,000–50,000 DOE, a company van with optional personal use, a profit share up to 3,600 tax-free after 12 months, 40-hour weeks, overtime at 1.5x, travel paid after 30 minutes each way, a

HVAC Engineer required in Bristol for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.

Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more.

HVAC Engineer Position - Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary 40,000 - 50,000 DOE
• Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
• Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - Up to 3,600 tax free
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• 40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
• On call allowance (1 in 4/5, 1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door)
• Pension
• 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.

The HVAC Engineer must have a proven track record with servicing, fault finding and repairing air conditioning systems, namely VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms.

HVAC Engineer Position Requirements

• Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (Not Essential)
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
• Full Driving Licence
• Experienced with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair
• Live in the Bristol area
