Job summary

Bennet & Game Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting an HVAC Engineer to service and maintain HVAC systems in the M3 region. The role involves fault finding, repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction across a leading HVAC company with a strong regional footprint.

The successful candidate will have an apprenticeship in air conditioning or equivalent, NVQ Level 2/3, and a clean driving licence. A company van and career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC equipment.
• A driver with full UK licence is preferred.
• NVQ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Level 2/3 or equivalent is desirable.

Job Overview

HVAC Engineer required in the M3 region for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more.

Salary & Benefits

• Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
• Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - Up to £3,600 tax free
• Overtime paid at 1.5x40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
• On call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door)

• 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years

Job Requirements

• Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (Not Essential)
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
• Full Driving Licence
• Experienced with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair
• Live within a commutable distance of the M3 region.
