Job summary

McGinley Support Services is seeking a Freelance HVAC Engineer for a 3-month+ assignment across two projects in South London. You will work on delivering PPMs and repairs to Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and AHU units.

The role requires 2079 F-Gas Cat 1, NVQ Level 2 and a Full Driving Licence to travel between Sutton and Chelsea. You may be asked to undertake some M&E works across both locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 and F-Gas Cat 1 certification.
• Full Driving Licence required to travel between locations.
• Experience with air conditioning, refrigeration and AHU units.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PPMs and repairs to HVAC systems.
• Carry out mechanical maintenance on assets across Sutton and Chelsea.
• Occasionally perform M&E works across both sites.

HVAC Engineer - Freelance - 3 Months + - £23.00 Per Hour

HVAC Engineer.Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider delivering on contracts across the London & South-East are currently recruiting for a HVAC Engineer role on a Freelance basis to be based across two projects in South-London.

Working on the delivery of PPM's and Repairs to Air Conditioning units, Refrigeration & AHU Units, you will also be required to undertake Mechanical Maintenance to assets across two locations, in Sutton & Chelsea.It will also be a requirement, from time to time, to undertake some M&E works across both locations

For this role you must have 2079 F-Gas Cat 1 and NVQ Level 2 as a minimum for the role, along with a Full Driving Licence in order to be able to travel between both locations.
