Job summary

Five Point Recruitment is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician based in South West London, London, South East, UK. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and servicing of air conditioning systems.

The position is contractor-based, with pay of £25 per hour umbrella (or £20.64 PAYE). Work includes PPM delivery and some M&E tasks across Sutton and Chelsea, with a temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 required or equivalent.
• 2079 F-gas Cat 1 qualification is preferred.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general PPMs and repairs to air conditioning, refrigeration and AHUs.
• Perform mechanical maintenance to site facilities.
• Support M&E tasks and allocate work across Sutton and Chelsea.

Job description

This is a Contractor opportunity (£25 per hour).

We are currently recruiting for an Air conditioning engineer with 2079 F-gas Cat 1 and NVQ level 2.

Work will be mainly PPM delivery with some M&E works. Working week normally split 3 days at Sutton and 2 days at Chelsea.

£20.64 PAYE / £25 umbrella.

Temp to perm position for the right candidate.
