Job summary

GH Engage seeks an experienced HVAC Facilities Engineer for a high-profile commercial site in South West London. You will maintain HVAC and building services, performing planned and reactive maintenance to keep systems compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, servicing AHUs/FCUs/VRV/VRF and associated plant, updating records, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors as part of the facilities team.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC and building services maintenance experience.
• Experience working within commercial facilities.
• Confident with fault-finding and reactive maintenance.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Facilities Engineer to join an established engineering team at a high-profile commercial site in South West London.

Vacancy Overview
