Job summary

MCG Construction seeks a freelance HVAC Engineer for two London/South-East projects. You will deliver PPMs and repairs on air conditioning, refrigeration and AHU units, and perform mechanical maintenance across Sutton and Chelsea locations.

The role requires 2079 F-Gas Cat 1, NVQ Level 2, and a Full Driving Licence to travel between sites. This is a short-term freelance position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering PPMs and repairs on HVAC systems (air conditioning, refrigeration, AHU).
• Willing and able to perform mechanical maintenance across site assets.

• PPMs and repairs on HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration and AHU.
• Mechanical maintenance across two locations (Sutton & Chelsea).
• Occasional M&E works across both locations as required.

HVAC Engineer - Freelance - 3 Months + - £23.00 Per Hour

HVAC Engineer. Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider delivering on contracts across the London & South-East are currently recruiting for a HVAC Engineer role on a Freelance basis to be based across two projects in South-London.

Working on the delivery of PPM's and Repairs to Air Conditioning units, Refrigeration & AHU Units, you will also be required to undertake Mechanical Maintenance to assets across two locations, in Sutton & Chelsea. It will also be a requirement, from time to time, to undertake some M&E works across both locations

For this role you must have 2079 F-Gas Cat 1 and NVQ Level 2 as a minimum for the role, along with a Full Driving Licence in order to be able to travel between both locations.
