Qualifications

• Proven experience in service or field-based technician role.
• Strong customer service principles and communication skills.
• UK Driver's license and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Commission, program, test and service HVAC controls on projects.
• Document point-to-point verification and sequence validation.
• Serve as the primary customer contact on site to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service desk, sales and operations for updates.
• Maintain safety standards and report on completed work orders.
• Travel to assigned post code areas and cover standby with shifts.
