Our client is a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in London, with a strong reputation built over more than 25 years of successful operations. Due to ongoing growth and sustained success, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Sales Manager to join their team.

The Contracts Sales Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance contracts, including new sales and renewals. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely quotes and contracts, and collaborating with various departments for smooth processing and invoicing.

The role covers all work inside the M25, based in SW London with a hybrid work arrangement from the company's office.

Contracts Sales Manager Job Overview

The Contracts Sales Manager will focus on driving new maintenance contract sales, managing renewals, and maintaining client relationships. Key duties involve preparing quotes, coordinating invoicing with accounts, managing subcontractor costs, and ensuring accurate contract documentation using Job Logic. Job Requirements

• Experience in securing and managing service and maintenance contracts within the commercial sector.
