The Contracts Sales Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance contracts, including new sales and renewals. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely quotes and contracts, and collaborating with various departments for smooth processing and invoicing.
The role involves working across London, inside the M25, with a hybrid work model from the company's office in SW London.
The Contracts Sales Manager will drive new maintenance contract sales, manage renewals, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, coordinating invoicing with accounts, managing subcontractor costs, and ensuring accurate contract documentation in Job Logic.
