Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Location: London / M25 region.

Salary: £28k – £40k + Company Vehicle, Benefits Package.

Professional water/HVAC commissioning company with a longstanding team of engineers and management are looking for an experienced engineer to join their South East office. The successful candidate will travel across the London / M25 region working on a wide range of water/air systems, delivering commissioning and balancing duties to ensure client compliance.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and validation of HVAC and Water systems to ensure compliance with BSRIA / CIBSE codings.
• Verifying AHUs, ventilation and water distribution systems to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Auditing AHUs and following audits with any necessary work to ensure compliance.
• Balancing of both air and water systems (fan coils, AHUs, extract systems, primary and secondary air, LTHW / CHW).
• Adjusting voltages for secondary FCUs.
• Drawing schematics and using these to prepare all relevant paperwork prior to Pre-Commissioning balancing.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer.
• CSA grades (beneficial).
• 18th Electrical qualification and strong background in engineering (beneficial).
• Working knowledge of water and air systems.
• Able to draw and work to schematic drawings.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
