BRUSH Power Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead HV electrical infrastructure projects across the South of England. This home-based role requires regular travel to substation sites, with a 40-hour week and a car allowance.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction across all project stages.

Qualifications

• HNC, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering (or related) is desirable.
• SMSTS or NEBOSH Health & Safety Management for Construction or IOSH cert is essential.
• APMP or equivalent project management cert is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Identify and procure material, equipment and labour required for projects.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other vendors.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant laws, regulations and standards including Health and Safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met and issues addressed.
• Manage project quality to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and records; manage project financials including forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead and develop the project team; provide guidance and training as needed.
• Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements to processes and efficiency.
• Monitor progress to keep scope, time and cost aligned with plan and budget.
• Provide technical support to team members and ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
