Job summary

AWC Staff Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced HV Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high voltage electrical infrastructure projects across the South of England.

The role is home-based with travel across the South, offering a competitive salary and a £5k car allowance. You will lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical infrastructure, utilities or power distribution projects.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts is advantageous.
• SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
• HNC, Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong commercial awareness, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of HV electrical infrastructure projects across the South of England.
• Produce and maintain project programmes, budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, costs and risks.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry standards.
