BRUSH Power Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects. You’ll deliver site construction elements across multi-discipline projects, ensuring on-time, to-spec delivery, while improving communications within the Projects and Construction Teams.

Competenze

• Experience in site management and coordination on multi-discipline projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, organise and control multiple construction activities.

Mansioni

• Liaising with all stakeholders to manage construction activities and programmes.
• Overseeing sub-contractor activities and site safety compliance.
• Co-ordinating documentation, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Planning lookaheads (1-week and 3-week) and ensuring on-site deliveries.
• Delivering all site-based construction elements to programme and quality standards.
