You will work on a varied portfolio across water and energy sectors, supporting planning, delivery and commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with safety rules.

UK-wide site travel is a key aspect of the role, with salaries around £70,000+ DOE for the right level of expertise.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in high-voltage electrical environments.
• NGED Competent Person authorisation is required.
• Experience with HV substations, upgrades or modifications and HV safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel across the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the safe delivery of HV projects from planning and preparation through to implementation and completion.
• Carry out HV substation upgrades and modifications, supporting switching and isolation activities, coordinating with project and site teams, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Travel to sites across the UK as required.
