Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Business Development Executive (Internal Sales) to drive new business in a growing sector. This office-based role requires 4 days in the office with up to 1 day WFH and offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and a company bonus scheme.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to quoting, targeting education providers, local authorities and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong outbound calling experience (essential).
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline across education and local authorities.
• Ability to convert inbound and outbound leads into revenue.
• Experience using CRM to track activity and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries with speed and structure.
• Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
• Identify and develop new prospects across education and local authority sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent activity.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through to quotation and close.
• Follow up quotes to maximise conversion rates.
• Engage decision makers via phone, email and online channels.
