REAKT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for Document Solutions and Managed Print. You will generate new business across Cardiff, Bristol and surrounding areas, while nurturing a small portfolio of existing accounts.

You will lead the full sales cycle, presenting solutions with clarity and building long-term relationships to drive sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Document Solutions / Managed Print industry is essential.
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Track record of delivering strong gross profit in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across Cardiff, Bristol and surrounding regions.
• Manage and grow a small portfolio of existing accounts.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and retention.
• Present document solutions and managed print offerings confidently.
• Build long-term relationships and identify wider opportunities.
