As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our ongoing growth and transformation, guiding our organizations transition to a business partnering model. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in HR operations, thorough understanding of compliance, and a demonstrable ability to enhance organizational support through effective HR practices. Working closely with the Head of People & Communities, the HR Manager will play a key role in navigating our organisation through periods of change and ensuring a positive, compliant, and supportive workplace. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas and initiatives can truly make a difference.
