Employing approximately 250 people across a diverse range of departments, the hotel requires a confident, hands-on HR professional who can lead an established team of four whilst supporting the senior management team in delivering a positive, engaging and high-performing working environment.

The Role

As Human Resources Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic development of the hotel's HR function, ensuring that people remain at the heart of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of four HR professionals.

Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who combines strong technical HR knowledge with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

You will ideally offer:
  • Previous HR management experience within hotels, hospitality or another people-intensive service environment.
  • Experience managing and developing an HR team.
  • A proven track record of supporting a sizeable workforce, ideally 200+ employees.

  • Experience of recruitment, retention, training and employee engagement.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • A pragmatic, approachable and commercially aware management style.
  • The confidence to challenge, influence and support senior operational managers.
The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Manager who enjoys being visible within the business, building relationships with employees at every level and making a genuine difference to workplace culture.
