- Advising and coaching managers on employment matters, applying policy and UK employment law consistently.
- Overseeing employee administration, including offers, contracts, onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
- Ensuring right-to-work checks, employee records and documentation are accurate, complete and maintained appropriately.
- Coordinating performance reviews, development activity and recruitment support.
- Working with Finance and payroll providers to ensure monthly payroll inputs and changes are accurate and submitted on time.

- Coordinating HR administration for international employees, working with external payroll, employment and advisory providers.
- Delivering HR projects, updating policies and improving processes to strengthen service quality and reduce unnecessary administration.
- Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
About you
You’ll bring:
- CIPD Level 5, progress towards this qualification, or equivalent practical HR experience, alongside at least five years’ relevant experience.
- Strong generalist HR experience and confidence managing a varied employee relations caseload.
- A sound working knowledge of UK employment law.

- Experience with HR systems, payroll inputs, employee benefits and workforce reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce accurate employee documentation.
- Good Excel and data-handling skills, including formulas, analysis and presentation of workforce information.
- The confidence to advise managers, challenge constructively and recognise when to escal.
- Strong organisation, discretion and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A practical, collaborative approach and a strong sense of ownership.
Experience supporting international employees or working in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
