We’re supporting a fast growing, digitally focused travel business that has seen significant year-on-year growth and continues to expand its global presence. As part of their ongoing evolution, they’re now looking to strengthen their people operations with the appointment of a dedicated People Operations Manager.
As part of the next phase of growth, they’re seeking a People Operations Manager to take ownership of all things HR - from day-to-day people operations through to longer term strategy. This is a newly created role, offering the chance to help shape people's practices across the entire employee lifecycle, while contributing directly to a supportive, high-performance culture.
