The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to oversee the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, along with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates should have proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT systems, particularly with platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, with relevant certifications being advantageous. A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
