HR Generalist
£45K - £55K FTE
P/Time – 24 hours a week - 3 or 4 days a week with some flexibility from WFH
We are partnering with an award-winning Animation company looking for an HR Generalist to support approximately 60+ members of the production team.
As the HR Generalist, you will be a point of contact for all people-related matters. This role involves a mix of top-down and bottom-up HR functions. You will be part of a wider HR team across production companies but will operate independently for the production team.
This is a hands-on role involving onboarding, offboarding, ER cases, engagement, training, wellbeing, and HR operations — a true generalist position. Knowledge of freelancer contracts is essential, as is the ability to manage employee queries regarding contracts. You will be a trusted support for managers and employees, serving as the go-to person. The role offers significant autonomy, providing opportunities to implement initiatives and make a meaningful impact.
We are seeking someone with strong HR generalist experience, ideally within production, or within a creative organization of similar size.
