Handle is partnering with a highly creative SME brand of around 40 employees to find a Part-Time People & Culture Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join an evolving HR function within a business that values culture, DEI, and employee wellbeing. The company has made significant progress in implementing new processes and building a strong foundation since their first in-house HR hire last year.
The position is a hands-on generalist role, suitable for someone experienced in SME creative, media, or agency environments. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing the HRIS (HiBob), supporting and coaching managers, and advancing existing people projects. The HR Manager will be the main contact for employees and collaborate closely with the MD and leadership team to sustain and enhance the company's people-first culture.
This is a part-time role, ideally 2 to 3 days per week starting in July, with a hybrid working model. Preference is given to candidates who can be regularly present in the Central London office and actively participate in team activities.
The role offers a salary up to £50,000 FTE.
