About The Role

• Source, engage, and place top tech talent in high-demand areas like AI, Salesforce, and Software Engineering
• Manage both contract and permanent roles based on your expertise
• Own client relationships, drive business, and manage your full 360° desk
• Work full-time or part-time, weekdays or weekends, at your convenience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in tech recruitment (contract, perm, or both)
• Proven billing success in a 360 or full-desk recruitment model

• Strong communication skills and experience managing clients and candidates
