What’s the job?

Standalone HR lead for a manufacturing organisation in Basildon, Essex. You’ll provide remote support to other small satellite offices globally.

You should be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with broad HR experience, capable of supporting employees from shop floor to senior leadership.

Key Details

This role is equivalent to 3 days per week, but you can opt for 4 or 5 shorter days if preferred. We offer flexibility—you choose your working pattern.

Salary £50,000 (FTE), with 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time hours), and a contributory pension scheme.
