MADE Careers is working with a leading international architecture and design practice looking to appoint a Human Resources Coordinator to join its London team.
This is a broad HR role sitting across both Talent Acquisition and wider HR operations, with around 60% of the position focused on recruitment coordination and 40% supporting HR programmes, systems and employee initiatives.
Working closely with the international HR team, you’ll support everything from interviews, offers and onboarding through to employee engagement, training, reporting and HR projects across the wider business.
It’s a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ HR experience who wants broader exposure within a large international design environment and plenty of scope to develop.
You’ll act as an important point of coordination between candidates, employees, hiring managers and the wider HR team, helping ensure recruitment and HR processes run efficiently across the London studio and international business.
The role is particularly suited to someone incredibly organised and people focused who enjoys the pace of recruitment but wants to continue developing across the wider HR function.
This is a particularly good step for an HR Coordinator who doesn’t want to become boxed into recruitment administration.
You’ll still have plenty of involvement in hiring and candidate experience, but with genuine exposure across HR operations, employee engagement, learning and development, systems and international HR projects.
For someone at the earlier stages of their HR career, there’s a lot here to learn from and build on within a major international architecture and design practice.
