Job summary

MADE Careers is working with a leading international architecture and design practice to appoint a Human Resources Coordinator in London.

The role sits across Talent Acquisition and HR operations, with 60% recruitment coordination and 40% HR programmes, systems and employee initiatives. You’ll work with an international HR team on interviews, offers, onboarding and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition coordination or similar role.
• Experience supporting recruitment from interview through onboarding.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using HRIS/ATS platforms and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across hiring managers, candidates and international teams.
• Manage candidate communications, interview confirmations and follow-ups.
• Support recruitment process from role approval through to offer acceptance.
• Prepare offer documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Support background and reference checks and maintain candidate data in the ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding and the new starter experience and assist HR reporting.
