We’re growing, so we’re recruiting for an HR Consultant to join our team and help us make our clients happy! We believe that happy employees create happy customers, and that’s a core value we uphold.
We provide HR support to clients across various industries and staffing levels. We integrate closely with our clients, offering complex advice in a simple way to alleviate their HR challenges.
Unlike other HR consultancies, we don’t just advise on employment law. We are proactive and focus on the employee experience journey, partnering with clients to enhance onboarding, induction, reward, recognition, performance management, and employee engagement.
Requirements include CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), proven HR generalist experience, strong communication skills for diverse clients, and excellent time management.
Your role will involve building lasting client relationships, delivering expert advice, innovating employee journey solutions, solving complex HR issues, and contributing to business growth.
In return, you’ll enjoy full-time hours, flexible remote work three days a week, and team in-office days in Burnley. The package includes a salary of £35,000, 32 days holiday plus your birthday off, team outings, occasional holiday weekends, and opportunities for personal development in a supportive environment.
