A leading law firm in Liverpool is seeking a motivated HR Advisor to support their Practice Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations and strong communication skills. Location: Award-Winning Liverpool Law Firm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, full-time, permanent
Salary: Up to circa £35,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors Limited's Practice Management team.
This role supports the Practice Manager in delivering comprehensive HR advisory services, ensuring smooth people operations as the firm grows.
You're a motivated HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience handling employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness) and hold or are working towards CIPD Level 5.
You have strong communication skills, can manage your own workload, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Experience within a law firm is a bonus.
