Solid HR generalist experience within primary, secondary, or multi-academy trust environments, with the ability to manage complex employee relations. CIPD qualification (or working towards it), strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, full driving licence, and access to a vehicle for school visits are required.
This role supports a group of schools with all aspects of HR. You will work closely with school leaders and managers, providing expert advice and contributing to Trust-wide initiatives. Regular travel to schools and participation in HR projects are involved. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering.
