Note: this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week based in our Head Office, Abingdon, Oxon.

You will have opportunities to push yourself and lead initiatives on topics like EDI, Engagement, etc., with support from the team.

This role will partner with, support, and be the first point of contact for HR in our Retail business, particularly working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer-facing teams. Experience with these areas would be advantageous.

You will provide operational and strategic HR support and line manage a HR Advisor.

We seek an experienced HR professional and manager, familiar with employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.

Qualifications such as CIPD would be advantageous. A driving license and vehicle are required to visit other sites.
