HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

We seek an experienced, professional Human Resources Assistant to join our team in our London, UK office. The HR Assistant provides administrative support and implementation for our European recruiting program and HR administration, and must be an organized, skilled communicator.


What you'll do:

  • Supporting HR team work productivity (screening calls, interacting with candidates, editing presentations and documents);
  • leading the scheduling of HR related meetings, events, Candidate interviews;
  • Completing administrative processes that support the HR function (e-mail correspondence, references, expense reports, purchase orders, managing trackers for various HR reporting);
  • Supporitng the New joiner training and induction program
  • Assist with miscellaneous HR projects (enrolment paperwork, vacation balance, HR enquiries, health & safety, etc.);

Qualifications:

  • A levels required, college degree preferred;
  • Prior work experience as an Administrative Assistant required, HR experience preferred;
  • Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidential information, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a wide variety of tasks independently;
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines;
