HR Data Analytics VP

6‑12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: London

We are seeking an experienced HRIS & People Data Specialist to support the optimisation and governance of a global HR systems and data. This role is critical in enabling accurate, timely, and insightful workforce reporting to support strategic decision‑making within a fast‑paced, regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• HRIS Management: Administer, maintain and enhance the HRIS platform (HiBob) to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.
• System Implementation: Partner with regional HR teams across Europe, the US and India to onboard employees onto the platform and support the deployment of the performance module.
• Data Governance & Reporting: Safeguard data integrity, accuracy, and security. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to meet business, regulatory and audit requirements.
• Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, driving operational efficiency and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Global HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in HRIS administration and HR data analytics, ideally within investment banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and workforce data governance.
• Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills; SQL knowledge advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with HiBob is highly desirable.

Education & Qualifications

• Professional certifications in HRIS or data analytics are advantageous.
