We are looking for a HR Advisor to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a full-time, permanent basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 2 days from home and 3 days on site. For the right candidate we would also consider a variety of flexible working patterns available (full time or part time job share).
As a HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to provide guidance on HR matters, ensuring legal compliance and promoting best practice.
