With a presence across Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight, this is a hands-on, varied HR role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about delivering strategic and operational HR support.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, this home-based position offers the chance to truly make an impact. From coaching senior leaders and shaping culture, to leading projects and driving performance initiatives, you’ll be at the heart of the people agenda.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Championing the company’s vision, values, and inclusive culture
• Coaching and advising senior leaders on all aspects of people management
• Managing complex employee relations cases with confidence and discretion
• Driving performance and development through robust people processes
• Overseeing recruitment activity end-to-end across the group

What You’ll Need:

• Proven generalist HR experience at a similar level
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A pragmatic, commercial mindset with high attention to detail
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to various UK and Crown Dependency sites
