Fabric Recruitment Ltd in Ripley, Derbyshire is seeking an HR Advisor to join a small, friendly HR team in a manufacturing environment. You will be the go-to person for HR queries and provide expert advice to managers and employees.

The role covers general HR support, employee relations, compliance with employment law, coaching managers, and helping with onboarding and probation processes. CIPD Level 5 or progress toward it is expected.

Qualifikationen

• CIPD Level 5 or working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to independently manage ER cases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Flexibility to cover later hours for night shift coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly HR team within a successful manufacturing business. You will be acting as the key point of contact for all HR related queries providing expert advice to managers or employees.

Description of the role:

• Dealing with general day-to-day HR queries and concerns.
• Advising and managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Ensuring compliance across employment law and regulations.
• Coaching managers to build capability and providing knowledge.
• Supporting the HR Business Partner to deliver strategy projects.
• Supporting the employee life cycle assisting with on boarding, induction and probation processes.
• Providing information on pay and benefits.
• Supporting the wider HR team.

About you:

• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage ER cases independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Flexible to cover later hours to coordinate with the night shift (more information will be provided)
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment or similar.
