The Sterling Choice is seeking an HR Advisor for a busy 24/7 food manufacturing operation. You will coach managers on people management, handle employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, and drive wellbeing and engagement across the site.
You'll work on employment law guidance, reward processes, and HR projects, with opportunities to develop within the HR function and across an international group. CIPD Level 3/5 is desirable, and shop floor presence is valued.
