Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing complex employee relations cases and providing expert advice to managers? This role will suit someone who can confidently partner with managers to navigate complex and sensitive people issues. Whilst the role offers broad HR exposure, a significant focus will be on managing employee relations matters, providing expert advice and ensuring best practice is followed throughout formal processes.
If your experience is primarily focused on absence management and first-line HR advice, this role is unlikely to be the right fit. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate their involvement in complex disciplinary, grievance, capability or other formal employee relations cases.
Aspire Recruitment is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals regardless of age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
Should you apply for this role, we will process your data as detailed in our Privacy Policy and by applying for this opportunity I agree that Aspire Recruitment will keep me informed about potential employment opportunities regularly and that I can choose to opt out of receiving information at any time.
