Job summary

Harvey Nash in Glasgow is seeking an experienced HR Business Advisor/Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month contract. The role covers advisory support to managers, employees and HRBP teams, with a focus on employee relations, performance management and data reporting.

You will coach managers, manage health-related cases, assist with recruitment and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced, global setting. This is a 4-day-in-office role in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong advisory and employee-relations skills.

HR Business Advisor / Senior HR Advisor | Glasgow | 12-Month Contract

I'm currently looking for an experienced HR Business Advisor / Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading global organisation in Glasgow.

This is a hands-on HR advisory role supporting managers, employees and HR Business Partner teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide HR advice across employee relations matters
• Support performance management and absence cases
• Manage Occupational Health cases
• Coach and advise managers
• Support HR Business Partners on key HR initiatives
• Assist with recruitment and employee-related projects
• Provide HR reporting and data analysis
• Support change and continuous improvement activity
• 3–4+ years of HR Generalist, HR Advisor or HRBP experience
• Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience
• Experience with performance management and absence
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Financial Services or Professional Services experience is preferred, but transferable experience from other large/global organisations will be considered
• Comfortable using HR systems/HRIS

Glasgow – 4 days per week in office
