Are you an experienced HR professional looking to join a growing, values-driven company? At Bell Group, we understand that people are at the heart of everything we do — and we’re looking for a Human Resources Advisor who’s passionate about empowering teams, guiding leaders, and making a meaningful difference.

As one of the UK’s largest and most respected property services contractors, we’re proud to operate with a family-owned ethos, prioritising fairness, development, and community. Now, we’re inviting a skilled HR professional to join our Head Office team in Airdrie and help shape the future of our workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a trusted partner to managers across the business, you’ll be responsible for delivering proactive, pragmatic, and people-focused HR support. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Advising and coaching line managers on a wide range of employee relations matters (disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, and ill health)
  • Developing manager capability to handle HR issues confidently, consistently, and compliantly
  • Driving continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and best practice
  • Supporting the implementation of HR strategies aligned to wider business goals
  • Providing commercially sound guidance that balances people and performance
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
  • Ensuring all HR advice is timely, accurate, and legally compliant

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a people-first HR professional who blends expertise with empathy and confidence with care. You’ll bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proven experience at HR Advisor level (or above)
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
  • Confidence to deliver clear, solution-focused advice across all business levels
  • A pragmatic, professional, and approachable style
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and strong influencing skills

What You’ll Get in Return

  • A competitive salary up to £43,000
  • An opportunity for hybrid working
  • A stable, full-time permanent role in a respected national company
  • Support from a knowledgeable, close-knit HR team
  • The opportunity to contribute to real change and development
  • A friendly, down-to-earth culture that values integrity, inclusion, and impact
